Tax-Exempt Bonds for Space Ports

The one-day event comes at an important hinge point in the development of commercial operations in Space. Under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (1BBA) Space Ports are expressly permitted to be financed with tax-free municipal bonds, without cap limitations.
